Dr. Mauril Gaudreault obtained his doctorate in medicine from Université Laval in 1973 and practiced family medicine until 2011. In 2008, he joined the team of the Collège des médecins du Québec as an administrator. Since October 19, 2018, he has served as president of the Collège and its Board of Directors, as well as the function of spokesperson for the order. Concerned with the protection of the public, interdisciplinarity and social responsibility, these subjects are part of its values and the objectives to be achieved within the framework of the Virage 2023 strategic plan for a Collège closer to the people.
