DECENTRALIZATION:
TRUE BENEFIT FOR PATIENTS

Gathering knowledge to better promote the users’ rights of the health and social services network

The 2023 RPCU Congress will take place at the Hotel Sheraton Laval on October 12 and 13 under the theme Decentralization: true benefit for patients!

Despite the reforms and reorganizations of the entire health and social services system over the years, access to care and services, waiting times, and the quality of care and services are still in question. Are users reaping their benefits?

The aging of the Quebec population, the general labor shortage, private employment agencies… Several elements are added to this subject, and we must discuss them.

In order to hear from its members, partners, and experts, and to broaden the debate on decentralization, the Regroupement has decided to bring the discussion to its annual congress.

Don’t miss this event!
