Accompanying persons
Companions of people with reduced mobility and
individual interpreters are welcome and can assist the
RPCU congress for free. However, the participant must
add their companion or interpreter to their congress
registration form (section 3 of the form). Travel and
accommodation costs for accompanying persons or
interpreters are not assumed by the RPCU.
Registration Policy
Registrations for the 2023 RPCU congress are managed
by order of priority according to the date we receive
registration forms. Once you receive the invoice, the
registration fee must be paid within 30 days. Otherwise,
the participant loses his registration priority.
Cancellation policy
- Until July 31: a fee of 15% of the total amount paid will be retained for each refund requested.
- From August 1 to August 31: a fee of 25% of the total amount paid will be retained for each refund requested.
- After September 1: No refund will be granted for any cancellation made on or after September 1, 2023.
- No refunds are issued outside of the time limits set out in this policy or in the absence of the conference attendee.
- All refund requests must be sent to info@rpcu.qc.ca.
Policy regarding the choice of workshops
Your choice of workshops will be respected according
to the maximum rooms’ capacities. If the maximum room
capacity is reached, a second choice will be designated
for you. The date you send your workshop choices, and
the date you confirm your payment to the event will be
decisive for this matter. For some workshops, a minimum
of 20 participants is required.
Payment methods
An invoice will be issued for registrations. Payment can
be made by check and sent to the address below, or by
direct deposit and credit card.
